Obasan

I'm sad that I am writing this review so late. This restaurant has been my favorite place to go with my family for the past several years. May has been wonderful and so kind to my family. We always feel welcome and like family whenever we would come in. We were all so sad to find out that our favorite restaurant closed its doors. Obasan is a great place for some quick Japanese food. By quick I mean it's usually pretty empty and so you're going to get attentive & fast service! I came for dinner one day and was the only one there! The food here is solid. I ordered the bento box, which comes miso soup, tempura, 4 pieces of California roll, veggies, rice & your choice of meat. I had the Ginger pork which was a great option. This place was rated "Good" by the health dept. I did eat here, found the food to be tasty. The miso soup was delicious. Side street parking. Service was good. Owners are friendly. I would say this is a decent restaurant.
