The service was fine, it was the food we didn’t like. Ordered French toast and avocado toast. They both looked good and tasted ok. But French toast had soggy middle because the thickness of the toast. Avocado toast was worse. It was served with a steak knife but even that couldn’t cut through the toast without a fight! Insane! I don’t want to work this hard for my breakfast….
I love Oddfellows but sometimes find the food to be so-so. I ordered the avocado toast and the bread is so tough to cut through that even with the sharp knife provided, it is quite a feat to cut it. It ends up being a mess on the plate. Can anything be done to fix this?
Oddfellows has been a family favorite for many years. They have a great menu and we always feel so cared for by the wonderful staff. It's perfect for any occasion from family dinners to date night to a solo outing. Don't miss the secret back patio! If you eat meat, get the steak!
