Great food! Good people! We traveled up from portland to celebrate my wife turning wonderful! Ohana (Belltown) came through, in a big way. 10 in the group (on short notice), EVERYTHING they brought out to the table was perfectly prepared! They were on point. I will continue to recommend. We can't wait to come back!

They took my credit card to pay my bill ($65) and then charged an additional $45 in a second transaction. The place was empty, so it felt intentional. Very disappointed.

Honestly this place is in bad need of a total refresh. All the foods are too sweet. Honey butter, teriyaki, guava glaze, sweet chili- everything is lathered in sweet sticky sauces to the point of feeling one note. The beef we received had pieces that were almost blue rare and ones that were far overcooked, very inconsistent. Plates came to us not super clean and the vibe felt tired. I won't be going back and hope they give way to more varied and unique dishes.

I am so bummed that this turned into such a terrible experience - i dined here and my bill was $29.79 and because staff were nice, i tipped $15, making the total $44.79. A week later, i go to pay my cc bill and see that an APPROVED transaction went through on my cc for $150,044.79 from this restaurant. (i also fault my bank for this because my limit was only $1,000). with that being said, I had to contact THEM and ask what happened and they said they were “trying” to fix it but i have seen no process of fixing. my account is now under investigation thanks to this restaurant’s lack of diligence and who knows how long its going to take to correct this. i reached out asking if i could have a gift certificate for the inconvenience and heard nothing back. this restaurant has caused so much added stress to my life and there seems to be no effort to genuinely correct it.
Food and drinks are great, but the service was pretty slow, bordering on ridiculous.

Didn't feel welcome at all here. Came down from Vancouver for a concert. Tried to go here. They gave us water. There where about 3 other tables who where being served. It was dead inside. And they just ignored us for about 15 minutes so we got up and left. Went to an Italian restaurant down the road. Where seated in minutes fed and left all within half an hour. I bet if we had stayed at your establishment. We would of still been waiting now. What a disappointment. Won't be back.

Horrible customer service. They didn’t even really acknowledge us. The place was dead and they kept going back to the tables that were already eating and drinking to see how they were going. The servers were just hanging out with each other and having a good time. We asked to order and the guy nonchalantly walked away and stood behind the bar and chatted with a guy there. I was hoping he was making a drink. Nope. As the waitress went back to a table again to talk and laugh. We waited for too long so we got up and left….
