Olympia Coffee Roasting in West Seattle has a great atmosphere with lots of seating, friendly service, and a solid selection of beans. Nice to see they offer pour overs via Poursteady as well. Their coffees lean a bit darker roast-wise than my personal preference, but still a good spot to check out for specialty coffee in the area.
Coffee was good but the vibe was a little business and informal. Not my favorite of the many coffee shops around, and a little limited on the signature or unique drinks to drive to me to come back to this coffee shop specifically.
