Classic Afternoon Tea at the Fairmont Olympic! Beautifully presented tower with creative eats and amazing tea selections. Our server, David, was personable and informative and a joy. Go treat yourself to a special afternoon!
Service was very gracious, attentive. Tea treats were delicious, neither too much or too little and a great variety. We especially appreciated the opportunity to stay past the usual ending time for a truly special afternoon in a lovely setting.
Doorman at the hotel was a little brusque, didn't exactly make us feel welcome, and finding where to go to check-in was strange and took a minute (even though the tea is in the bar, you have to go past the bar, into a host stand in the restaurant that you can't see from the bar, and then someone can help you). Food was ok, beautifully presented flavors were good, but nothing that was memorable. Service was excellent fat and away the highlight. Water glasses and tea pots...
