Traci and I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Olympic and truly enjoyed our dinner at George. We ordered the tomahawk ribeye, and it was fantastic—one of my favorite cuts of steak. The food was excellent, and our waitress provided outstanding, attentive service throughout the evening. She made the experience fun and welcoming, and the combination of a great meal, excellent service, and beautiful setting made for a memorable night in Seattle. 🥩🍷
Great place, especially the ambience.
4 of us in total. Lots of food. Lots of drink. Total over 500 dollars. Worth the money. Would go again.
