Traci and I had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Olympic and truly enjoyed our dinner at George. We ordered the tomahawk ribeye, and it was fantastic—one of my favorite cuts of steak. The food was excellent, and our waitress provided outstanding, attentive service throughout the evening. She made the experience fun and welcoming, and the combination of a great meal, excellent service, and beautiful setting made for a memorable night in Seattle. 🥩🍷
I went to The George to celebrate my birthday and wow ! The service was top notch and I really enjoyed the food. My server,Daniel,had amazing energy and great recommendations. I highly recommend this place !
Had breakfast at The George inside the Fairmont Olympic Hotel during our stay in downtown Seattle. The food and ambience were excellent, but unfortunately, the service didn't match the experience we expected from a hotel of this caliber.
