I've always wanted to go here since I was a little girl to go inside this hotel and I finally did tonight but it's a very beautiful historic place and it's gorgeous I love the fact that they care about the traditions and the history but they should be ashamed that they have such a limited bar and food menu at such an expensive place. They're barely able to make basic things for you and they don't even bother to come around to ask you if you are doing okay...
The Olympic Bar in the lobby of the historic Fairmont Olympic Hotel is a fantastic place to enjoy cocktails and bites whether you're staying at the hotel or out for a night on the town. Their bartenders and staff are all amazing, you'll enjoy such wonderful service and your drinks, no matter how simple or complicated, will be crafted with the utmost care and taste excellent. Treat yourself to a drink or two here, it's a beautiful, delicious experience!
Average bar in an above average setting at the Fairmont. Their beer options were nice to see, but I would have expected more interesting cocktail and whiskey selections. Didn't try any food, and service was solid at the bar itself.
