Quiet little ramen place. The broth was rich and not overly salty. The pork slices were super tender, falling apart almost like a brisket when you ate it. You can tell that they take pride in their work, a great place to stop by

Overall pleasant food. Nothing to complain. The spice level is quite conservative.
Also, the fried chicken dish is very big.

A pretty nice spot. Small but comfy. Seating can be really rough if you have more the three people with you. Had the shoyu and the broth was pretty flavorful with the noodles having a nice consistency. The eggs your the best I've had yet from a ramen spot in seattle!! Pork was pretty dry and flaky but still good. Fastest serve also after order!! Great spot for a lunch time meal. Will definitely try more options!!

Utterly unpretentious. Ooink is an establishment that sells you their main idea the moment you register its name. Great ramen that is honestly on par with Danbo's, friendly service. Restaurant could be a little livelier in terms of decorations but no complaints here.
Ironically, their chicken products are on par if not even tastier than the pork offerings. Health enthusiasts and protein addicts rejoice.

We stopped by Ooink cap hill today after a disappointing experience at another ramen place and we’re so glad we did!
The ramen here was absolutely delicious, and the service was very nice and friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend this spot!

Don't let the hole in the wall appearance fool you. There is a steady stream of customers and the tables stayed full. Owner was so nice and didnt make fun of me asking for a fork! Would definitely eat there again!

The food is absolutely incredible! Must-tries include the mala ramen and the Malaysian spicy fried chicken. We loved our meal and will be recommending this place to anyone seeking a truly unique ramen experience you won't find anywhere else in Seattle.

Black garlic ramen is the GOAT! You can get it spicy Szechuan numbing or not. Hands down the best ramen we've had. Also try the fried chicken appetizer. It's juicy but still very crunchy and flavorful. Note that the space is small and you'll be sitting on stools.
