Kotteri Ramen - The combination of the noodles, broth, and tender pork was fantastic.

We had a great time dining there. Friendly customer service despite being really busy.

However, we also ordered a ramen for takeout. The container for the broth was very poorly designed and we found out the cup tipped over and spilled all over the car (we were holding it the whole time but with this design you really didn’t have a chance). They should have better packaging for ramen broth instead of using an ice cream cup with no plastic wrap.

Food 5/5: Rich and flavorful broth, noodle texture is perfect (chewy and tender), chashu is thick and juicy, spicy bomb has a nice tingle

Service & Ambiance 5/5: Quick no frills, clean, accurate fulfillment of order

Value 5/5: Would definitely return. Unique broth flavor profile & char on the chashu was perfect!

One of my favorite ramen places in Seattle. Its mala broth is very unique numbing sensation.

It’s way better than the ooink in Fremont.

Had shoyu ramen with (extra) soft boiled marinaded egg and pork, wife had 1 star (spice out of 4 stars) Mala ramen, both are SO good. Shoyu is kind of like miso soup, but way more miso. The Mala is EXCEPTIONALLY good. The spice level is, at the lowest rating, possibly too much for a lot of people, but the tingly numbing pepper oil is such a neat and unique experience (for most Americans not familiar with Sichuan peppercorns), and it tastes incredible. If you can handle more than white people spice highly recommend going to 2 stars, and if you know you actually like spice, 3 stars for sure. I'm a little afraid of 4 stars and I semi-regularly eat wings with hot sauce up to 150k scovilles. Ooink has me undying love and I almost look forward to going in to Seattle just because, no matter what happens or what I see or how much I get raped for parking, ooink has my belly and soul full of absolutely amazing ramen.

Sure it’s small, but that’s where some of the best ramen in Japan is found, small hole in the wall shops. It really is the best Ramen I’ve ever eaten.

Ramen is my comfort food. After a long flight, I came straight to Ooink for a delicious ramen, which warmed me up. The meat easily broke apart with the chopsticks. Everything was cooked to perfection.
The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is that I have eaten ramen in many places and have eaten the kind that has undertones of flavor, and I didn't feel that here. Nonetheless, it was delicious.

I wish I could give it a better rating but the mala ramen was not great. Ordered spice level 2 and it was too spicy (and I like spicy). Maybe we should have ordered a different one. Also you need to bus your own table which is ridiculous for the prices they charge. I almost gave them 2-stars for that reason

The food was good, but I got the Mala with the lowest spice level possible which is 1 and I was told it was going to be mild. It turned out to be extremely spicy. I was sad I couldn’t enjoy it and wish I had ordered something else.

Amazing ramen and especially for non-pork eaters…yes I know it’s called Ooink. The Shanghai style and vegan ramens are great options. Shanghai ramen was lighter but it’s all about the tender and tasty noodles. Crispy chicken add-on for $7 is a must. Incredible!

Very friendly staff brings this to a 5/5 review
