Ooink Fremont offers a decent dining experience with a few vegetarian options. The ramen and mapo tofu noodles taste good, and the Shoyu Ramen is great. The flavor and quality are top-notch, with broths that have so much depth and bouncy, firm noodles. The pork was melt in your mouth good and breaks apart with chopsticks perfectly. The ayam goreng fried chicken is a more cost-effective option, very balanced with a crunchy and delicate balance. The restaurant operates on a fully self-serve basis, where customers order on a screen, but the owner really checks in throughout the meal. Note that parking can be troublesome due to the lack of a parking lot. Overall, Ooink Fremont provides decent food that is well worth the price.
