The Hayes on Stone Way

Not terrible but there were several problems during my three-year stay. Biggest one was no security camera on the storage rooms and after we found our locker broken into and our $2,500 bike stolen, we found out that management knew about lockers being broken into, but didn't inform us about it, investigate, or change the code to the storage room - negligent. I think the Hayes apartment building is great. While I would give the building itself 4 stars, I'd give the staff 5 stars. The apartmentI have is always warm in the winter, has good lighting, and is in an ideal location. The premises are clean although has funny smells from time to time (hence the 4-stars for the building, although i think this is normal for these complexes). For the staff, i have to give it 5 stars.
