The Hayes on Stone Way has been amazing for me. The location alone is a huge plus — incredibly walkable, surrounded by great bars and restaurants, and right in the middle of everything Ballard has to offer. Yes, there’s street construction nearby. It’s a growing neighborhood. That’s part of city living.

Beautiful property with great prices, in the perfect location with great proximity to everything. I highly recommend moving here, the staff is also amazing!
The new staff has been going above and beyond since taking over the property and has fixed so many issues that previous management were not attentive to!

Sara is very helpful and provided a lot of transparent advice with great knowledge. The staff's responsiveness and accommodation earn it praise, and they have a move-in special happening now. Overall, The Hayes on Stone Way offers an ideal location, warm apartments, and good lighting, making it a great place to live for many.
