Open Form is a cozy, calm, and welcoming Persian café in Capitol Hill, slightly hidden upstairs. The space features a cool loft-style setup with a beautifully minimalistic and cute aesthetic. It offers various seating, including comfortable couches, lovely tables, a big sit-down table for groups, and traditional Persian seating. The vibe is perfect for a calm morning, though the open plan can get noisy when full.
The drinks are a highlight, with a solid Persian Tea Service that serves up to four people, featuring very smooth tea with traditional accompaniments. The coffee drinks, like the Americano, latte, iced vanilla latte, and iced matcha latte with simple syrup, are really yummy. The matcha has an enjoyable hint of rose or cardamom, and the espresso is pronounced but not bitter. They also offer sweets. The staff are consistently noted as friendly, nice, and welcoming. It's a great third space with great music and updated WiFi, though there are not many power outlets.
