Pork adobo was very tender, but the real star was the longanisa (pork sausages). The sausages were very flavorful and juicy - maybe cuz they were quite fatty.
The owner is very energetic and friendly, she told us what she had left for the day. She also gave us the fish soup for free - the fish soup has a strong flavor and I think itβs best eaten when itβs very hot.
Food is pricey - $30 for the pork adobo with a side of longanisa.

The most authentic Filipino food in Seattle by far ππ½π―π€€. Sisters Tita Leila and Joy are such amazing people who add so much happiness here at Pike Place Market. I have tried the whole menu and can say that everything is delicious and cooked perfectly. Asked them for a bit of everything next time you go especially the Longonisa and Salmon Sinigang.

If you’re hoping to get the sinigang, make sure to come as early as you can because it sells out fast… and for good reason. Everything tastes homemade and authentic, and it’s always worth the trip. Definitely one of my favorite spots!
