The smoked salmon bagel was not smoked but cooked all the way through so that it was gray. For the price of $12 it was terrible.

Usually good, but it depends on the people. I am trying to use my tumbler to reduce my payment. Today one women maybe from india who wears turban did not reduce my payment. I asked her to reduce, but she rejected!??‍♀️ She said "I will cut your pay next time because there are a lot of people.". So frustrating experience.. I haven't met this kinds of people in starbucks. So funny and so disappointed from your service.

I came and they were closed even though Google says they are open. If they don’t care to correct their working hours for Google community why I should care.

The coffee is always way too hot, and even though I order the same thing every day, the price ranges from $4.50-6.99! I stopped going here and now I just go to parnassus

3 times I have purchased the pre-packaged food-stuff from this place and it ends up being expired. Why display/sell expired food-stuff?

I ordered a cap and the lady made it in dirty cup... and the it was the nasties thing I have tasted. PS: it was not even busy.

I steal stuff from here all the time. Makes me feel a little less powerless and guilty about the criminally high tuition I pay.

Pasta is okay and could be better Stay away from the wraps as they are not made well and taste odd The soups are nice though They also have a mini Starbucks

Beware of the prices they charge you here! What says $7.75 on the product will somehow end up costing $8.75, and the staff will make up imaginary reasons to "explain" the mysterious additional charge. This is actually a big deal because the food is over-priced anyway--I can get the same sushi at the Husky Grind for $6, but it will cost at least $8 here. Scamtastic!
