The food was fine but not particularly inspired. Had lasagna that was fine but nothing very special. The server was not very attent. She was talking to folks at another table for about 15 minutes ignoring our table. We were sitting in the windows seats at the front of the restaurant. The front was open and the wind was picking up and in was getting increasingly colder. The server didn't even pay any attention to the fact that we were putting on coats to stay warm and no concern...
We are visiting from Minneapolis MN and came here for dinner with local friends. The pasta & lasagna were excellent and so was the ambience (we sat on the outside section of the bistro). The service could be a bit more attentive from Wendy. Overall, a good experience.
I really enjoyed my experience! As a solo diner, sometimes it feels awkward to go to an intimate place such as an Italian restaurant alone, but I didn't feel weird about it at all. My hostess was super kind and had great recommendations.
