Neat Irish pub with clearly a dedicated clientele. For being in such a dense part of the city, it feels truly tucked away. Didn't try any food, but the bar experience was pleasant. They were setting up for live music immediately next to the bar area.
This Irish bar is a hidden gem. My friend and I ordered and shared the fish and chips, and clam chowder with soda bread. The Irish soda bread was thick and the chowder tasted fresh. The fish perfectly fried, crispy but not too oily. The fries didn’t taste like they came from the freezer. Serving size was perfect for two. The ambiance felt like an antique library with beautiful decor. We sat near the window as the light was better. Would definitely go again!
I made to late for food sadly... Around 9pm. Really wanted to try out the fish and chips. The music was 🔝🔝... An Irish band. Relaxed atmosphere and plenty of room. The entrance is a bit hidden not in a main street. Not a lot of street parking but close to public transit
