This is an old school working mans bar. Yes it's an Irish bar. But the blue collard high rise building Meatheads would drink here after work. Before catching a ferry home. Is it posh, quaint or cute. Hell no. It doesn't matter. It is exactly what it needs to be. For that. I am grateful. As I have shared many O' beer with the Old Timers of my early days here. We found this Irish bar before we boarded for a cruise… service was great & they served Guinness! We went back a few times after our cruise & had food one afternoon. I gave it a 3 star as it wasn’t the best food however it was freshly cooked
Madison provided great service and the atmosphere was great. Unfortunately, Guinness is $11 a pint here and their cottage pie and Irish stew weren’t even available to order which was super disappointing.
