Pagliacci in Columbia City is fantastico! Big shoutout to Ariel at the counter – legittimamente a legend for offering an extra slice when he thought mine was too small. Respect! The pizza? Buonissimo! Perfettissimo crust – crunchy, flavorful, and just right. Love this place, and we'll definitely be back. This review comes legittimamente from a real Italian ?? Trust me, it’s legit! ??
The pizza was delicious, but the customer service was subpar. Five employees were present at the counter and only one guest was in line, yet no one offered me assistance. When I pick-up my pizza. Had to wait six minutes to get a pizza that is already seated in shelf.
Update ever since I posted my initial review I been here twice and it has much improved. So I give them now all 5 stars. Thank you ? make sure to tip them and thank them.

Haven has exceptional customer service and is very courteous! We were talking and she actually was listening and acknowledged the day I had by showing me kindness that was unexpected but truly appreciated! This experience happened a few weeks ago but I still wanted to share how she made my day better by being kind!
