The food is delicious. The chicken and channa roti was authentic, also lets not forget the roti skin.. 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, due to lack of staff the service was very slow . Slower than im used to for a caribbean restaurant. Im sad the see this gem go. I wish we could all save Pam's kitchen.

Pam’s has some of the best food. Trust me. Each individual dish is made with love. The interior-design vibe of the restaurant is also a dying art nowadays. You don’t get that kind of vibe in many Seattle restaurants anymore. If anyone went to Hidmo, the Eritrean restaurant, back in the day, it’s very similar to that.

This was the best Caribbean food I’ve ever had! The curry goat, the jerk chicken, the roti, the kale, the plantains!!!!! It was out of this world! You have to come here if you’re in Seattle.
