I just recently realised that we went here for both my and my partner's birthdays in the same year. Yeah, we kind of like Pancita. We can never go here and not order the tuna tostada. The cocktails are the best in the city. I'm an omnivore and my partner is a pescatarian, and neither of us ever leaves disappointed.
Albeit expensive, Pancita is truly one of Seattle's hidden diamonds. The staff was very friendly and low key and the menu was full of creations and elevated combos id have never thought to use, for example, duck with mole sauce and fiddle heads, 21 day dey ages brisket tacos and so forth. All served up in a relaxed setting and with beautiful presentation.
