The owners are the nicest Chinese couple I’ve ever met! We were planning to get some fruit at a grocery store, but it was already too late. We went in this store around 9 pm, just to ask where the nearest open grocery was, and they kindly offered us some free fruit! We ended up buying a fancy yogurt bowl and left extra tip, but still, the amount of fruit they gave us far exceeded our expectations.
BTW, we tried the yogurt after getting back to the hotel, and it was sooo good! Totally refreshing! With a 4.7 rating and 250+ reviews, this place is a strong recommendation!
P.S. I know most people online are kind, but I’ve seen others take advantage of good hearted folks. What happened to us was unplanned, and we DID PAY EXTRA to show appreciation for their generosity. I sincerely hope no one will take advantage of their kindness by expecting free food or criticizing them for not offering more. I just wish that good people don’t have to suffer for being generous. Delicious fresh made yogurt drinks and more! My favorite go to is the Yumie, Jujube and Purple Rice Yogurt with 50% sweetness and Purple Rice topping. SO GOOD. Not overly sweet, tangy/tart from the yogurt, nutty from the rice and a sweetness from the Jujube 💜 . If I lived in the area I'd be here everyday. I'll have to settle for every other day 😆.

Order a boba tea and a purple rice yogurt. Paid for both items using my phone, but then after was told there was no boba for the tea, so I asked to a refund. They gave me cash, instead of applying the money back to my card. They did not include the taxes I paid in the amount. When I tried to get the full amount back they hid in the back and would not come out.

This is hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We placed a pickup order for five people 20 minutes in advance, only to arrive and find that the owner had blatantly handed our food to someone else. No apology, no explanation—just pure indifference. Then, instead of fixing their screw-up, they made us wait an extra 20 minutes and had the nerve to act like it was our fault. The owner’s attitude was beyond disgusting—rude, arrogant, and utterly unprofessional. It’s clear they couldn’t care less about their customers. If you enjoy being disrespected and wasting your time, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far, far away. This place doesn’t deserve a single star!

Delicious! Sweet, lightly tangy, and milky. The purple yogurt drink is so good. It is like thick drinkable yogurt with chewy bits of purple rice in it. Very filling. I could maybe drink half of it, but I have a small appetite. I love how you can order either at the screen at the front or on the larger screens on the left side of the shop. Perfect for introverts like me. :)
