I bought their classic balsamic, toasted onion rigatoni, and roasted garlic chickpea pasta and enjoyed all of them! The balsamic is nice and thick, great for drizzling. The pasta has a really nice texture, even the chickpea one, though the specific flavors don't come through much once they're cooked and sauced. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer free samples of a bunch of olive oils and vinegars.

Passed by on a fairly busy Thursday at Pike Place Market. Didn't have it on my list of places to stop, but so glad I did! Alicia was AMAZING! She gave us excelletn suggestions and we tried so many different oils and balsamic vinegars. We ended up leave with 4 bottles and two pastas! The samples were great, but it was truly Alicia's guidance that really made the stop worthwhile

I purchased some pasta at the Issaquah farmers market recently - lemon gluten-free and pepper trio lasagna sheets. The service at the market was absolutely wonderful and attentive.
The lasagna sheets did not seem to have instructions on the packaging specific to them, so I went with my usual method of par-cooking the sheets by soaking them in hot water for 20 minutes before using them in a lasagna bolognese. The flavor and bite are great, however they are a bit thick compared to the sheets I have used in the past.
I have yet to try the gf pasta.

Bought the porcini mushroom pasta. Absolutely fantastic. Made some Alfredo when we got back and it was incredible.

Went to Pike’s place and one of the employee’s caught my attention with a free sample of the chocolate pasta. We ended up taking home the black garlic fettuccini and came home to try it. It made for a delicious meal! The employee was friendly and helpful and caught my attention with a deal to get me to try a salted butter penne as well. The food was delicious, service was great and I will be back.

Purchased roasted onion rigatoni and it broke into pieces and disintegrated while cooking - before it was even fully cooked. Looks like others had same experience with other rigatoni flavors. Do not recommend.

I’ve bought pasta here throughout the years and have always had great experiences with the product until recently. 3 stars because they were great in the past but quality has gone down.

This last visit, about a month ago, I purchased the garlic Parmesan rigatoni and lemon chive angel hair. Unfortunately all of the rigatoni broke into pieces while boiling and smelled like spoiled milk… it was a complete disappointment.

The lemon chive angel hair pasta had strands that must have stuck together during the drying process so it did not cook evenly and there were some “big chunks”.

Might want to improve your quality control for a product that is quite expensive.

It's pasta. My foodie gf was all over this booth practically drooling over the varieties available. But when we actually got around to making something with it, I'll be honest. it was just pasta. I'm a supporter of local business as much as the next guy but Ima be honest Walmart has the better deal unfortunately. I can't remember if they sold anything other than pasta. (though reading other reviews I see that they provide recipes? worth investigating!) I need to go take a second look but as it stands the only reason I could see someone buying from here is if you want to support locals. there are really no other obvious advantages that I see.

Pike Place Market is awesome and this stand is one of my favorite. The garlic and pepper fettuccine pasta is one of my favorites. There is a spicy dipping oil I also make sure I get when I am at the market.

I work in the market and happened to shop here today. Bought 2 oils, but the employee gave us an EXTREME amount of attitude for requesting to split our order because i was using a gift card. If its too much of trouble they could have just denied using the gift card. Not a good experience, won’t be returning .I would give zero stars if possible, for the attitude.

It's pasta, oils and balsamics, what's not to love? A little spendy but about what you'd expect at the marketplace. Made a great dinner for two at my place. Delicious taste and hearty noodle. Plenty of variety!

We didn't even get a chance to look at the pasta because a man behind the counter started yelling taunts at us over a worn old work hoodie someone in the group was wearing (SpaceX). Made everyone stare at us and felt awful going through that section. We had to return that way and he did it AGAIN.
