We ordered 3 “farm” pastas and 1 pomodoro to go. After a 40 minute drive, the pasta was still hot and incredibly delicious. The from the farm pasta, the mixture of the meat and tomato sauce was flavorful and fresh (even after 40 minutes to go order). The noodles were on the thicker side but did not at all taste soggy or overly chewy. Would definitely go again.
Casual pasta joint with hand-made pasta. I got the touted lasagna with peas, sausage, mushrooms and bechamel. I'm glad I added the calabrian chili oil (which was great), because without it the flavors were really mild, almost like a bland shepherd's pie. I didn't taste the mushrooms at all, and I would add some chili, lemon zest and maybe herbs to enliven the flavor. The fennel in the sausage was the only discernible flavor. One of the best pasta I've had in WA. Pasta was al dente. Cooked wonderfully! Really enjoyed it. The portion and price was the issue. After tip and tax, this bowl of pasta was over $30. It was delicious, but it was expensive!
