Incredible baked goods. Perfect textures, perfect flavors, subtle sweetness. Had an oversized peanut butter cookie that was confusingly perfect. A bake shop in more upscale places of the city could charge double for these goods and have a line out the door. Hard to even choose what to get!
Have to go and experience this establishment. Unique, inspired and fresh. I go here for drop offs for clients and they all just rave about the quality and flavor. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. Muy bien!
Literally the best pan dulce in the Puget Sound region. From Tacoma to Bellingham, you will find no better pastries with better selection. I have tried everywhere. I dream about this place. The empanadas are especially good, perfect Mexican and Tex-Mex style and they have all the RIGHT flavors- calabaza (pumpkin), manzana, piña, cream. Every concha flavor you could want, gingerbread pigs, ojos, pan de muerte. They are also very nice and speak English and Spanish. I only wish...
