They let me reserve the whole bottom half of the restaurant for free for my birthday party and it was super awesome. If you're in Fremont don't miss this place!

Are you up for a fun laid back night of karaoke and dumplings? Get to Pel Meni Dumpling Tzar NOW! I accidentally stumbled upon this neighborhood gem after attending the Lee Scratch Perry tribute show at the Nectar Lounge.
The dumpling community is supportive, caring, respectful, creative, engaging and entertaining! The service is top notch and the crowd of regulars made my night! Thank you DJ Marky D for an adventurous Hole/Courtney Love inspired karaoke night! Granny...

Pretty good meal with a good portion for the price!! The beef flavor was really strong so I recommend the potato to balance it out. It definitely has a kick so be prepared for that!! Staff were also super kind and answered questions kindly.
