First off, their food safety rating dropped to only 'okay' which is the 2nd worst one.
We walked in during a pretty quiet time of the day on a Sunday and waited almost ~10min to be seated, the waiter aggressively tried to seat us right next to the door which I kindly declined since I didn't want to get cold air every time someone walks in, after a bit of arguing we got a different table.
The water cups on the table still had some water in them, which I really hope was just residue from cleaning but still kind of weird.
We ordered food on their (obnoxious) self-self ordering terminals. Half of their sauces were somehow sold out. We ended up ordering some chicken which took almost 20 minutes despite the restaurant being only 10% full. The amount of chicken we got was honestly disappointing given it was $18 per order.
My chicken was well cooked but very bland so I ordered some sauce, which was another freaking $3 for some reason (the highest I've ever seen for any sauce anywhere), the waiter then told me they are out of that sauce and gave me another (which was kind of okay I guess).
At the end they had the absolutely audacity to ask for a 20% tip by default.
For what service? The arguing for a different table? The lack of sauces being available? The 20min wait time for food??? Also the base salary in Seattle has already increased, other restaurants in the area removed the tip entirely and just priced things in.
TL;DR: Bad service, overpriced food, long wait time and greedy management.
I will not be coming back and will tell all of my friends to avoid this place.

really only come here for fried chicken and tteokbokki. the food is pretty consistent but this location is always out of something. out of sauce or multiple sauces. out of appetizers. out of bone in/boneless. it’s kinda ridiculous.
this is a great place for korean fried chicken as far as a chain goes, but i’m tired of gambling everytime i come to find out what i can actually order.

I've heard good things about the chicken for years and wow, was it awesome. J got the -crispy- half chicken with garlic sauce for 19 dollars. I was wincing at the price tag initially but the portion was enormous. I could not eat it all and I can eat a lot.
The chicken was crunchy and saucy, so juicy and tender and there was ample meat on the bone. They did not skimp in quality or quantity. I highly recommend going. Next time I will take a friends and order the whole chicken which seems like a really awesome deal for price. I will come back for sure!

I’ve got history with this place.
I’ve gone here probably about 6 times(maybe more I can’t remember) and after reviewing all those experiences, it’s about a 3/5. Maybe more like a 2.5/5 but that’s not an option.
Food: the chicken is good most of the time. Sometimes I go and end up not being in the mood for it and it’s not as good. I just get the boneless with fries(they’re those beer battered crispy ones that are so good). I once branched out and got the cheese balls and they were sweet which was not good in my opinion.
Drinks: I think the full bar they have is for show to be honest. My sister tried to order a cosmopolitan and 3 different staff members(including the bartender) came up and gave her a look like she had 3 heads and told her to order off of the drink menu. So options are beer tower, beers/soju, or their few signature cocktails.
Service: it’s pretty minimal service. It’s very much so take your order, here’s your food, here’s your check. Don’t expect to get more water unless it’s your lucky day.
I feel like it’s gone down in quality the last two years since I’ve started going here. I haven’t wanted to go here as often. Decent spot to start the party going with a beer tower and some chicken but it can get pricy for the atmosphere and service quality.

Chicken is great, but we came in to see that every sauce except 3 of them is out of stock. Wait staff is replaced by weird machines at the table that don’t let you split the check, or get more than one sauce.

We come here every week and love the wings and the flavor. My only complaint is that the menu is confusing. I assumed “original” meant no sauce, but it actually means the original spicy sauce. I ended up ordering the wrong item but figured it out eventually. I’d recommend updating the menu wording or adding more photos or descriptions to make it more user-friendly.
Ordered for takeout and once I was home, realized that pickled radish was not in the bag! This is extremely wrong...... 2 stars for the chicken only.
