If you love Mediterranean food, go elsewhere.
Petra serves cold caned: chicken, olives, and corn.
A pile of mush.

This was a pretty small place serving Mediterranean food in a Chipotle-like format, where you could choose two primary options - either a bowl or a wrap, and build it as you went through the line
I decided to get a wrap, and included rice, gyro meat, a few toppings like olives & lettuce, and tzatziki, tahini, garlic, and hot sauces
Firstly, the size of the wrap was pretty impressive. It was definitely larger than your typical Chipotle burrito, and was quite filling. For only around $12, it's a pretty great deal for a lunch
The yellow rice included was pretty flavorful, but I really liked the gyro meat in here. It was super juicy, crispy on the outside, and very well cooked. Tasted fantastic.
I also loved the combination of the sauces - specifically the garlic sauce, which I could taste throughout. These sauces were important in making sure that the wrap didn't feel dry, that it felt more than just rice & meat.
The feta cheese in here was pretty good as well
Overall, a really solid & large wrap at a relatively inexpensive price. 8.5/10

I enjoyed this place more than I expected. I don’t usually like Mediterranean food, but they have a rice bowl options that’s basically like Mediterranean chipotle. I got mine with some garlic sauce dip, which was a pretty good sauce to my surprise. It’s a good place to get a relatively healthy lunch for a workday.
The service was good. They move through the line and make your bowl pretty fast like Chipotle.
The inside is quite pretty. I like how thy have glass tables with Roman columns and warm terracotta walls and floor. It makes the restaurant feel grand.
Vegetarian options: This is a good place if you want to include people who are vegetarian since Mediterranean food has veggie options and this place was no different

This is a great little lunch spot. Fast service. The food is good. The salad is what I order with gyro and it's perfect. I wish I knew what was the spices in the veggie mix. I only get to come when I work in the city which is only a few times of month if at all. So it would be nice to recreate the meal myself.

Decent Mediterranean food, can NOT be compared to the top ones in east side like garlic crush or med kitchen. But still good for quick lunch. Their lamb/ beef gyro looks like cube meat which is not appetizing, and something they can improve on.

Phenomenal food!
If you want quick food here is the place. Follows a sub way style ordering but Mediterranean style. Step 1- choose a sandwich , rice , salad or soup. Step 2-choose your protein - chicken, falafel, gyroStep 3 - choose your veggiesStep 4 - choose your saucesI had taken the lemon style salad and it was decent. Not the best but it filled my tummy.
