Phở Bắc Reviews
Don’t expect good service
Order at the door and the seat you. Party of 6 or more they auto charge gratuity incase you aren’t anticipating it. Food is great. They don’t come to check on you but probably due to covid/social distancing. Easy atmosphere. Parking is very limited so be prepared.
Ordered side short ribs with the pho 3 times. Never got my short ribs

Phở Bắc offers delicious pho, including a tasty vegetarian/vegan option, with fast-paced service. The restaurant is a good choice for a quick lunch, especially for those who work nearby. However, the customer service can be somewhat unwelcoming and passive-aggressive. Guests generally seat themselves, and if it is crowded, they will need to sign in. Once seated, customers can scan the menu via QR code to order and pay in advance. The staff will bring a pitcher of water, utensils, and napkins but then leave customers alone after the food arrives.
Many customers appreciate the efficiency of the service and the quality of the food. The portion sizes are generous, especially for the price, with some meals, like the Pho Dac Biet, providing enough for multiple servings. The broth is noted for its richness and warmth, making it a comforting choice, particularly for those feeling under the weather. While the pho noodles are decent, the overall experience may lack warmth and engagement. Overall, Phở Bắc is a great option for those who want to eat quickly and enjoy delicious food without much interruption.
