Small portion for meat. I only found 1 piece of tendon in the pho.
The pho is usually solid, but I walked by before they opened today and their bread delivery was just sitting on the street unattended. This is surely a health code violation and is unacceptable!
Found this place with walking distance from cruise port. The pho is tasty and portion is huge. Highly recommended.
I got takeout from this place, and went with the Pho Dac Biet, which was pho with a combination of a bunch of different cuts of meat
Since it was takeout, the pho, meats, noodles, and other things (like bean sprouts) were each given in a separate container, and i found a bowl large
enough and mixed everything together
Starting with the broth, this was actually wonderful. It was pretty thin, but managed to maintain a richness to it that was quite nice. Additionally, it had that warmth to it that just makes you feel better inside. I feel like this would be a perfect place to get takeout from if you're sick, because it would be one of the few things you can eat that would make you feel way better afterwards. It was extremely well spiced and flavored as well
All the different meats were also pretty good. While I don't think I can identify most of the ones individually, one of the ones I did - the meatballs - were very enjoyable, as they soaked up a lot of the broth and tasted great. I do think there could've been a little more meat, but out of what was there - I certainly liked it
The noodles were fine - nothing too incredible - but they did their job and retained their softness well, even when some of the leftovers were refrigerated
The portion size here was incredible - particularly the broth. There was so much broth I didn't even know what to do with. The amount of noodles provided was also very strong. his dish ended up lasting me two full meals, and at a price of $17, I believe is very justified
Overall, I generally do not like pho, but this place has made an exception to that rule. 8.75/10
Their beef rib pho is quite unique. I recommend you to try both. The house special is also good. The service is okay, nothing to complain about (although there is not much service, more like a fast food restaurant). People might not like the online ordering system, but I am okay with that. The cons are the tables are quite small and packed. The price is a tiny bit expensive due to the location. However, if you crave pho, you should give it a try!

I used to go often, but around 3-4 on December 13th, I saw the male counter employee secretly smoking inside the store, so I decided not to go.😅
Nice bowl on a cold day.
I’ve been here a dozen times over past two years for lunch and quantity of meat has declined by half. I mentioned it today but they only said “we’ll do better next time”. There won’t be a next time. Sad because their broth is excellent and it’s convenient.

Very nice pho for a good price with quick service. Less fennel taste than at pho Viet ann but more beef flavor.

More modern pho soup environment but doesn't offer hot tea like other places do and the cups/cutlery soiled when dropped off at table.
Unfortunately didn't stay to sample food as I was looking for a more traditional pho soup experience.

The location is very good. I scanned the QR code to order after I entered, but there was no menu after I scanned the QR code. The clerk didn’t come to ask me why it took me so long to order. Finally, I went to the counter to order by myself; a portion was 15 US dollars. The meat was good and the stew was soft. It’s delicious and has a lot of noodles, but the soup is a little too sweet for me.

Grab a table, order using the QR code, and profit. The service is pretty fast and the meat and broth of the pho are so good! They're famous for their rib pho (Mikey Chen featured it in one of his videos), but I'll just have to get that next time.

Shrinkflation hitting hard… Quality AND quantity have gone down dramatically. Went today for lunch and was shocked at the tiny quantity - all soup with very little noodles and meat. I’ve felt full in the past after finishing a bowl of pho but today I would’ve had to order a second bowl for the same amount. The broth was also way too salty, and they didn’t have any bean sprouts so the side of vegetables just had some basil and one slice of jalapeño.
