This is the best pho broth in the city. The folks who run it are super nice and the banh mi are delicious BUT the base of their pho is SO GOOD. Do yourself a favor and try it either online or in person in the heart of Lake City.

I bought a largr to go combo pho last week, cost me $20 something, and the portion is so small. Soup are super salty with not much Pho broth favor, I dont think I will go there again.

The service and the staffs are great, but the food used to be better. I am not sure if the chef/owner changed, but it became too salty. Also, they changed cleaning detergent or something, and the table smells like detergent now, lots of chemical smells, which disturbs the foods. I have been to Pho Ann for more than 10 years now, but I may not want to come back again... Very sad.
