My friend and I are travelling from British Columbia and found this restaurant from a Reddit thread asking for the best pho in Seattle. We were very impressed and pleased. Parking was easy. They had incredibly fast service, very tasty food, the place was cozy and clean and the staff were very friendly.

This was a horrible experience for my family that just visited Washington. The interior seems nice and clean, but don’t get tricked! When me and my family got greeted into the restaurant, she pointed at a table that seems like someone was already at the table, and so my husband pointed at a different table that had a random water bottle at the table, (which probably meant they didn’t clean up the area beforehand) and they let us sit there for some odd reason. When we called the waiter over to take our order she did not seem interested. Usually restaurants serve out water before our meals which we expected from this restaurant, but we had to ask for water after the meal was given. When we asked for water the waiter looked confused, she called over someone that seems like they work at the restaurants, and we had to asked them. When our food arrived it all seem normal, we split up this piece of bread that was suppose to be eaten with soups, I don’t know if we got a bad batch but we got MOLD in our piece of bread that we would have not seen if we split it, and the women seems like she did not want to give us a new piece of bread. The waitress said that she did not see it (the mold) which is unprofessional.

I absolutely love Pho, especially when I'm away from home. It’s always nice to have Pho Bac, as it reminds me so much of the delicious Pho I had in Vietnam. The broth is flavorful, and there’s no shortage of beef, which I really appreciate. That said, I did notice that the noodles were a bit overcooked this time and turned out too soft for my taste. It’s a small detail, but I’ll definitely remember to ask for them to be cooked a little less next time. Overall, though, it was a delightful experience that brought back some great memories!
Pho Bac is the best pho restaurant in Seattle that I love. Although I eat Pho at many different restaurants, this is the place I especially like and want to recommend to friends and acquaintances. The only thing is that the pho noodles are too soft. Every time I eat them, they are soft and I often forget to remind the staff not to make them too soft. If you don't finish a bowl of pho, you'll easily get bored because of that. Thank you Pho Bac!

MSG
That's all there is to it. We were all super thirsty after having the soup there and we know that's because it was just all doused in MSG.

We wanted pho and I'd been here a few years back. Was pleased to see the restaurant has been remodeled, looks good, and a great improvement. And the food is still what I was hoping for. I'll go again!

Best pho in Seattle.
I think Vietnamese foods are higher than standard in Seattle, WA.
Most of Vietnamese foods are very delicious ! Especially Pho Bac is one of the best Pho and Fried egg roll of them. Since they opened 1982, it has been lot of regular clients and recently it has been remodeled so plenty of spaces with clean and huge restrooms.
When you hung over you will miss their pho which has lots of meat and proteins !
Thank you for cooking and serving great foods in Seattle

Friendly staff, good prices and great food! I got the #4 Pho with beef brisket and beef slices. Large bowl is $16 flat if paid with cash.

This used to be it, used to never be a disappointment, some of the best tasting pho around. Last two times just not the same, too sweet no beef tasting even after adding side fatty oil. No where near as much meat as before. Used to be able to enjoy downing a whole bowl including finishing all the soup. Now I'm just in a hurry to wrap up the meal and go eat something else.

I went in last night, I have to say everything was great up until I seen one of the workers come out of the bathroom stall with her gloves on and wash her hands, keep them on and walk back into the kitchen and continue to touch everything after going back for her phone in the stall. As someone in the food industry that threw me off and grossed me out. She went to tables with customers and back into the kitchen..
I had a pho tai nam that was good but not great, for some reason they use some starchy noodles that cloud up the broth. fast service and overall good value.
