Been coming here for a decade, but the past 3 months, it’s been disappointing. Their portion control is so bad— it varies so widely that a large pho has the regular portions with just more soup. My spouse got a large and it had what I used to get when I ordered a large. Service is down as well, I brought a group of out of towners to my ‘fav’ spot, and they took their big party fixed gratuity and ignored us the rest of the time. We just needed more water. Still had to walk...
Really really really good bun no hue. Truly. With the beef rib too? Yes please!
My one gripe though...cut noodles. C'mon. It's like they're dumbing down the experience. Might as well have passed out forks as well (I saw no forks by the way). To go to all this trouble of making terrific, authentic, rich flavors...it's like going to a 5 star steakhouse and they plated your $70 steak in a drizzle of A1 sauce...that you didn't ask for. And...

I stopped by Pho Bac Sup Shop on a whim for a late weekday lunch around 2–3 p.m. and was seated promptly with no wait. The spacious interior has high ceilings and plenty of natural light, and I appreciated that the blinds could be lowered to block the direct sun. The restaurant also appeared to be dog-friendly, as another guest was dining indoors with a dog. Service was not their strong point, as my server forgot several requests, and the experience was fairly basic overall....
