The pasta based dishes are very good, they know their stuff, and we were very well looked after. Great experience. But tiramisu without coffee or cocoa (not to mention a dash of Amaretto), well, oops!
My family brought me here the first time on Mother’s Day 2024. They lost our order and we waited a long time and complained several times. I think they comped our food. I can’t remember for sure.
Anyway I decided to give them a try tonight. I ordered the Caesar salad as I remembered how good it was from before. The waiter did not ask if I wanted pepper. I also ordered the Lemon ricotta ravioli (I’m a sucker for piccata, thought this might be similar)....

Piatti serves tasty Italian dishes in a stylish setting with friendly service. Our family had the romaine salad, short rib sugo, lasagna, bolognese, cioppino, and lemon ricotta ravioli. Everyone enjoyed their food, but portions felt small for the price.
I had the cioppino—nice, hearty broth but light on seafood and not as fresh as what you'd get at Duke’s. Overall, a pleasant meal, just on the expensive side.
