The restaurant got busy just as we sat down and we didn't have a server for a long minute or two. When our server realized we were their table, they recovered nicely and we ended up having a good dinner. The Fritto misto was a bit heavy on olives, and the breading was meh. Meatballs and focaccia were delicious.
i ordered the short rib pappardelle and it was wonderful. my husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs. the meatballs were a bit dry but flavor was great. Service was impeccable. we will definitely return.
We've been to Mana three times and every time it's an absolutely incredible experience. The food is all locally sourced. The courses and thoughtfully curated and complementary. The wine and drink pairings are perfection. There is no way a person could create something like this on their own at home and for that reason we will be back again and again.
