Warm inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent pies! You can tell the person/people making these recipes care/s about quality ingredients and flavor. They have the classics like apple, cherry, coconut cream pie, and other seasonals, and then add in fun flavors like cranberry apple crumble. Excellent pies! The crust is flaky and the fillings are delicious. We had slices of the maple pecan, sour cherry, and cran apple. All three home runs! Counting down the days to the next time we treat ourselves to Pie Bird ☺️
pie bird has some of the best pies i’ve ever had, hands down. their passionfruit merengue is genuinely insane, and i’m so excited about the opening of the physical shop! we will keep coming back, no question about it!
