Yes, it's considered a tourist area, but still fun to wander around in. Lots and lots of food stalls. Much larger than we thought it was. I would suggest going to the information booth near the entrance. Very helpful. We didn't have a meal here but went to Perovski Perovski for pastry that was excellent and workers so kind. I'd say 3-4 hrs let's you explore and eat at a relaxed pace.
