Northgate is sadly lacking in cafe and restaurant options. This stretch of Aurora is somewhat bleak and limited. Pilgrim is a nice for grabbing a hot drink or a small sweet or savory food item. It's not only open until 3pm.

For better or for worse, it's a popular spot for work-from-home people or students and >50% of the tables will be people with laptops.

Delicious coffee. Got a almond milk vanilla latte that was made perfectly and the deluxe avocado toast with balsamic vinegar, cheese, and cherry tomatoes was divine. Will definitely come back when in the area
