Went there to pick up breakfast to go at 7:30 am before a meeting. They were out of stock on nearly every breakfast item. They had no breakfast sandwiches, no breakfast burritos, and didn’t even have cream cheese for their bagels. This is poor planning for the hotel breakfast option.

The tall guy barista will make it seem like it’s something wrong with you being in a coffee shop as a black man. Your experience here will be one of passive racism and deep discomfort which is unfortunate because the other staff are cool. I’ve tried several times thinking it was a one off but no matter what I was made to feel like I was committing a crime just for ordering coffee please just put the sign up NO BLACKS ALLOWED!

The barista, Joanna I think her name was, was so kind and thoughtful and had overall wonderful customer service. We had a great conversation as she prepared my order. I ordered a latte and a bagel. My food came quickly and the latte was delicious! Overall great experience. I will be back

This small cafe is very stylish and has an acceptable array of fast breakfast items, similar to a Starbucks. It opens early in the morning at 6 am which was very helpful for our group. They only start with one server and add another, but service was prompt and courteous. Come here for a quick roll, bagel, sausage & egg sandwich, not a full sit-down breakfast.

Despite being named the Pineapple Cafe I was disappointed to find a lack of pineapple options. Although names aren't always indicative of what's the the restaurant, this one was especially heart breaking for someone who is a fan of pineapple. Otherwise a nice, cozy cafe to compliment a hotel. Maybe a good place go grab a quick breakfast of lunch but a bad place to find pineapple.
