Mixed feelings about this one, because I never want to disparage a local small business, but it was quite disappointing. The upside is that they do serve American size portions, so you do get bang for your buck. But the quality isn’t there. The XiaoLongBao though huge, came deflated with no soup. Wonton noodles had flour noodles and the soup was tasty. On the pricier side if you expect quality. But for quantity, it’s there. Also, the fact that the restaurant was closing early because the staff had an appointment to go to was not conveyed. So within 15 minutes of sitting down, and over ordering a full meal, which I thought that I would have time to enjoy, I was promptly given takeout boxes as a sign that I need to leave. If it was conveyed that the staff had appointment at 2:45, I need to leave, then, customers would have ordered accordingly. Disappointing when it came to the customer service, and now I have a box of sad xiaolongbao and half a bowl of noodles and soup in my trunk because I was not given the opportunity to finish them. With the price of the food, which was about $13-$14 for each of the items, I would not be coming back. And there are better places in Chinatown to go to.

My boyfriend and I came by here for lunch a few weeks ago and I seriously cannot stop thinking about those chicken soup dumplings. My boyfriend loved the lamb skewers as well! This was my first time having soup dumplings since there is none in my city (?), my boyfriend has had them many times due to being from a much larger city and he agrees with my love of these dumplings.Ping was incredibly kind and so accommodating! She was not only kind to us, but she was kind and accommodating to multiple people who came in while we were eating, even to a man seeking water for him and his friend. This was notable to me since it is not uncommon for restaurant owners and workers to just tell people no and treat struggling people poorly. I truly do not see or agree with some reviews that spoke negatively of her and called her rude.We unfortunately live about 5 hours from Seattle but we will certainly come back every time we visit Seattle! We got strawberry bubble smoothies on the way out and it was also so delicious! Thank you so much again for your hospitality and I can’t wait for our next visit!

The best food I have EVER put in my mouth. I love it here! To me, this is the best restaurant in Seattle! Ping is so nice, she is always happy to see me & I always refer to her as my dumpling mom. I love her more than my real mom lol. The dumplings are handmade to order, I always get Pork Xiao Long Bao - they taste like a delicious meaty umami hug! I swear, every time, it's like a spiritual experience for me, I try to bring everyone I know into the Ping's Dumpling cult of dumpling worship. The pot stickers are really good too; I love the crunchy skirt on them, it's almost cheesey, but the Pork Xiao Long Bao are on another level of legendary. On the table, there is garlic soy sauce, ginger soy sauce, and chili oil to use at your discretion for each item. Whenever there is a rainy day or maybe I just feel a bit sad, I can count on Ping to make dumplings that will fill my heart and fix my soul, I know I will always leave full & happy because the dumplings are truly made with love.

These are absolutely the worst frozen dumplings I've ever gotten. I went to Pings to grab a bag of 50 frozen pork and chives dumplings for $33 after tax, and I have to say, they are DISGUSTING. It's super doughy, and fillings are not spread evenly I get dumpling filled with chives. I can barely taste the pork and it's the first time I've ever had to say that pre-packed frozen dumplings are better than store made. These don't even compare. I'm not sure what to do with the 40 dumplings I have left :/

Huge portions, great service, delicious food. Only ones in here so that was odd. Food is ordered off a QR code which I found okay to work. Seems strange to pay and tip before you eat but took the chance and was well rewarded. We got pork soup dumplings and pork chives lu bao, both

The pork chow mein was unexpectedly good! The steam dumplings and potstickers were decent. Don't forget to try the dipping sauce, especially the chili oil and ginger garlic soy sauce! Will definitely come back for the chow mein and other dishes.

Haven’t been in a long time and nothings changed the food is still amazing and the lady who runs the place is still very sweet and quick. I usually order the shrimp wontons and it’s sooo good!! Definitely gonna try to come more often and try out new foods.

Extremely rude service...I have never been treated so rudely anywhere else.

Just the same as it’s always been with a few appropriate upgrades. Lovely wonder still making the rumblings. Much more my style for a mom and pop eatery and cheaper than the chain dumpling house down the street.
