Idk if you don’t want a mildly grumpy woman serving you, don’t come here but personally I love Miss Ping. She’s straight forward and serves a mean dumpling. I don’t need a new best friend. My favorite soup dumpling in Seattle
So good! The chicken and chive dumplings and the pork soup dumplings along with the pork and pickled veggies noodles were so good. She hand makes them and they are so filling and delicious.

Food: is not sweet like other mainstream Chinese food so expect more sour and salty flavors. I liked their 小笼包 but all of them were popped and had no soup inside. The flavor and dough was still really good and moist. Companion really liked their lamb skewer it was not dry.
