Such a fantastic meal at Pink Salt! The tuna ceviche was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors—perfect acidity balanced with creamy avocado. The cod was cooked to perfection with a deliciously crisp crust over rich, flavorful risotto. Paired with a classic Pisco Sour, every single dish delivered on quality and presentation. Can’t wait to come back!
Went to Pink Salt last night to watch hubby play in the outdoor patio with Eric Reid. Normally the partners with musicians get ignored by servers, but our server Junior, took EXCELLENT care of me! The food was excellent, great wine and cocktails! Definitely worth the trip to out of the way Magnolia!
Very nice local spot. Some work needed to maintain cultural significance and taste to food and drinks. We dined with multiple friends and we appreciate the owner coming over to say hi and ask for feedback. Mid conversation ppl would just interrupt him speaking with our table as typical privileged magnolians would do. Enjoy the place- I feel it’s going to be amazing very soon.
