“If someone asks whether this place sells coffee, I’ll tell them they actually sell happiness in a cup—coffee, tea, whatever. Just happiness in a cup.”

One of my favorite quick and easy travel meals in the city! I used to go multiple times a weeks when the location was downtown. The new capital hill spot has fairly easy parking. Though not near my work route, I still make the trip over for the bacon/ham/ egg or the garlic beef. Lots of amazing stuff to try with loads of light and airy seating options.
I can really taste the quality of the ingredients in their pastries. The sweetness level is just right, and the pastries are baked perfectly with a crunchy outside and soft inside.

One of my favorite additions to the neighborhood during the last few years. The piroshki are transportable, filling, and flavorful (although I can only comment on the vegetarian options, of which there are multiple). I particularly like the vegan laing. There's also a substantial rotation of sweets/bakery items. I love to drop in to Pinoyshki when I know that I'll need to eat something on the go - no utensils required. Go to Pinoyshki!
So good. I had the vegan Laing and it was one of the most delicious things I have ordered anywhere in a long time. For the area, was a good value.

Amazing helpful staff and delicious baked goods. I love their spinach egg and cheese, and their sticky rolls are to die for.

This place is solid if you want to try Filipino/Polish (Eastern European) fusion food. It’s a delightful combination. I enjoyed the chicken adobo piroshki but it was a little too strong on the vinegar flavor; I’ve had plenty of adobo that was more balanced. With tax and tip, this one piroshki came to $12 which seems to be the going rate these days in Seattle. That said, I would try this place again if I just want to grab a snack.
Atmosphere-wise, I went on a Saturday during the height of lunch hour and it was very busy. Tables were full so, either come earlier or later if you want a table, or do takeout! I grabbed a table before I got into the Order line bc I knew there wouldn’t be any left by the time I was done ordering.
The ordering line is a little chaotic and it’s not clear how you get your food as there is no number on the receipt or ticketing situation or anything. They don’t ask for your first name either or tell you if it’s bussed to your table. Nothing. They call out your order by the items you order which is super confusing. This could easily be done in a more efficient manner especially when it’s so chaotic on a Saturday.

Food must be food, putting food in doe designed for sweets is just fundamentally wrong. But ok, lets drop that.
I went there the first time, and got Potato/mushroom and egg/spinach ones. Well, we paid about 20$ for a pair but guess what, they worth maybe 2$ considering that potato mushroom one had absolutely no salt, but had excessive amounts of pepper. Then came the spinach/egg one, and that had absolutely crazy amount of garlic, I ain't no vampire but I threw it away anyway.
Take your cooks through some common spices lessons please and label salt and pepper please

Food not good. To much garlic, lack of salt, sweet dough. Not for me.

First time trying a pinoyshki (savory Filipino/Russian fusion bun). Pleasantly surprised with the variety of flavors. A number of vegetarian and vegan options. I had the tofu filled bun. Great flavor. The bread was my favorite part. It was super soft and fluffy but able to hold all the filling without getting soggy or falling apart. I initially thought $9 was a bit pricey but it is a loaded bun, very filling.
