We had such a lovely evening here! My husband ordered the Margherita, and I had the True Love. Both were absolutely delicious, everything we hoped for in an authentic Neapolitan pizza. The dough was soft, stretchy, and beautifully chewy, with an airy crust and a thin, tender center. I love my crust really charred, and mine had plenty of those delicious burnt spots. Perfect!

The people working there were so warm and welcoming, and the candlelight made the whole...

Pizzeria 22 is a beautiful little slice of Napoli in West Seattle —fire roasted pizza, thin crust with black boils from the fire. The pepperoni and the pear prosciutto are particularly excellent popular choices. But the restaurant has much more to offer than just pizza.. it has an excellent Long Bar well stocked and with inviting bar stools. Its menu includes pastas and some very delicious appetizers, including fire roasted veal meatballs, an excellent olive tapenade...

The pesto chicken pizza was the highlight of the day! The goat cheese complemented the flavors so well! We loved the capriciosa as well. The peach cobbler for dessert was also great. The service was a little slow, the waiters would disappear for a while and wouldn’t come back until we called them over. Otherwise they super nice and accommodating. We did find dead flies on our plates and cups.
