Good Food! Very slow service, but compensated for by free drinks. Very clever cocktail drinks. Nice ambience. Confusing wait staff- had 3 people in and out of our table with redundant questions. I would return to try again.
Attend a Candle light performance. Before event had dinner at Polar. Food had flavor

Stopped by the bar touring Seattle with a couple I met the night before at a Buddy Guy concert. They offered to show me around since I was in town on travel for work and hadn’t had the chance to see much during my stay. I’m extremely grateful for this generous couple.
After taking an underground tour leading about the history of how Seattle once burned to the ground we stopped by the Artic Club Hotel to admire the amazing architecture along with the sculpted walruses. While walking and talking a bystander recommended that we go in to see the ballroom. Whoever that man was THANK YOU for the recommendation!
We went in and the ambiance of the bar area drew us in for a cocktail or 2. We decided to sit at the bar and have a drink.
Bryan was the best bartender I’ve experienced not only while in Seattle but in a long time! He was very nice, personable, and cannot forget to mention he made one hell of an old fashion 😋. He made the experience 1000x better and learn a lot about him pursuing his music career and his wonderful taste in music chatting over a couple of drinks.
If you’re in the area stop by and request Bryan as a bartender. He will not disappoint. He also gave a great recommendation for a dinner stop that was by far the best and most fresh salmon I’ve ever had.

We are staying at the Arctic Club hotel and went down to the Polar Bar for some drinks and food. The service was very poor (the worst we have had in our travels in America), we had to order drinks at the bar when others received table service, our server didn't put in our food order and forgot what we had asked for. We waited over ten minutes for the bill after asking for it while our waiter did other things (turns out he forgot).

Came for a show and ate here because we only had a hour. Waiter seemed so irritated, took our order and we never saw him again. Salad wasn’t made to order so I could only eat half and we didn’t get everything we ordered. Had to get up and ask for our bill since our waiter didn’t check on us once. Food was cold. We also got awful seats for show because everything took so long.

Happened to be in the area. Surprisingly great hotel bar. Offers good quality flavorful dishes, at reasonable prices! Good vegetarian options, multi cuisine menu.

This gorgeous hotel / bar/ restaurant is in a shady area with a number of homeless walking around. That being said, the food, cocktails, staff and atmosphere is outstanding. Had the Ginger Rogers cocktail x 3 and a wonderful farro/ arugula/ fennel salad. Also enjoyed the beignets. Highly recommended!

The servers, staff and management are just wonderful. We had a great business get together. I overbooked and the management was so wonderful about this. We will definitely come back. Such a wonderful time.

I have never felt more like a Batman villain/Penguin henchman than when I was here. 11/10.
Such a great atmosphere, for an old school cocktail and relaxation, in a classy comfortable vibe.
It's dark,dim lights quite outdated!
