I’ve been coming to Pegasus for the last 5 and a half years and it’s always my go to place. The baristas, Apollo and Eugene are so fabulous. They remember their frequent customers, their names and their orders. and welcome anyone and everyone who walks into the door. They want to get to know their customers. Even being in the middle of Pioneer Square, Pegasus has always brought me a sense of calm. I’ll always go back to Pegasus, no matter what!!!
During mornings before long work days, it's essential to get a coffee that will keep you focused and motivated. Pegasus gives you just that. I had a 2 day video shoot to do for work and their cold brew kept me going for both long days.Highly recommended if you want a reliable coffee that will keep you going!
