Polar Bar needs a revamp or something. My cocktail (their flagship old fashioned) was not good - mostly bitters overall. The vibes inside were dead and empty, with a huge lobby/seating area but actually quite limited bar space. Service was helpful and solid however. Not currently planning to come back.
Good Food! Very slow service, but compensated for by free drinks. Very clever cocktail drinks. Nice ambience. Confusing wait staff- had 3 people in and out of our table with redundant questions. I would return to try again.
Stopped by the bar touring Seattle with a couple I met the night before at a Buddy Guy concert. They offered to show me around since I was in town on travel for work and hadn’t had the chance to see much during my stay. I’m extremely grateful for this generous couple.
