“If it's Friday night, the best place to eat in Seattle is at Sebi's Kitchen in the Polish Home Association culture center -- real delicious Polish food cooked (I'm guessing) by real Polish-American grand mothers, served by the real grand daughters to a room full of real friends and neighbors. (Not many if any tourists.) It's just great! There's a bar that serves a lot of real Polish beer and Polish non-alcoholic beer. There's pickle and potato soup, smoked Polish sausage, pierogis, sauerkraut stew, etc. All real food -- not in the least cheffy -- for real people. Only on Friday nights. OK, but first you have to pay a dollar cash to join the Polish Home Association for the night. Totally worth it. Note: it's in a big house in a residential neighborhood. Free parking lot next door. We love this place!“

“Located in Polish Home Association and open only on Fridays and only by reservation. You pay extra $1 per person to get daily membership (prepare cash). Parking lots are available nearby. The food is delicious, feels like home cooking, that tastes even better.“

“I randomly chose this deli to grab a sandwich before catching a train south and I had such a delightful experience. Tifani was among the nicest people I've ever met and was super helpful in advising me on building the perfect pastrami sandwich. The food is delicious and a great value. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Seattle! Thanks for the great experience!“
