Great place to eat. The customer service was very nice, even more than what I expected. I cannot say that the food was out of this world, but it was what I expected: good food, good place to eat and good customer service. I would definitely visit it again.
Simply amazing. I had the Italian toasty plus tomato, onion, hot peppers, lettuce and red wine vinegar plus mayo. Delicious.
The furniture is uncomfortable and it was way too hot inside. I was confused on how to order due to all the people waiting by the counter for their mobile pickups. Thankfully they have an outdoor sitting area so I ate outside.

I have been eating at Potbelly for a while, but never had the chance to write a review until now. I love Potbelly Sandwich Shop. Their food is absolutely delicious.I love the casual yet modern vibe of the cafe. I love the country cafe type of feeling as well. The customer service has always been good as well.As a Vegetarian, I always have the veggie melt sandwich with added toppings. The sandwich is always full of flavor and toasted to perfection. I also enjoy the Mac and Cheese....
