Great experiences both times I've eaten here! Customer service is lovely, pies are fresh and no soggy bottoms to be found. Their Shepherd's pie is my favorite, it has so much pepper flavor and the right amount of gravy. Cheers!
If you're like me, you don't get opportunities to sample British staples like meat pies. I had the steak and mushroom pie, which was a little rich, but good enough to be thoroughly enjoyed. Staff was not particularly animated, but pleasant enough and very quick. Food court concept rendered atmosphere a bit pedestrian.
The steak and mushroom had good flavor, except I ordered chicken.
The Combo 2 works out worse for the customer than just buying the items separately in nearly every case. It also makes no sense for why it is $3 more than Combo 1 which should be the more expensive combo floor the company.
