MY RATING IS NEGATIVE 100!! The place closed down a few weeks ago. Therefore, I DID NOT complete this experience. I do not know why or how they were able to sell me a ticket for this experience. However, I have filed a complaint and will be pursuing every necessary option to get my money returned to me.

The Roastery is closed. No official information whatsoever. I hope my card does not get charged...

This place is permanently closed and needs to be removed from the site. They are still taking reservations on here causing people to show up for tours at a closed facility. One star for Starbucks in general for closing with no notice and not properly handling these things.

When we got there the place was boarded up and someone wrote “COWARDLY” on the entrance. No notice , no nothing. No common courtesy from a big corporation. I've had my last cup of Starbucks coffee.

The Starbucks Reserve Seattle Roastery location closed and no email or notification was sent to those of us with reservations ahead of time that the tour would not happen.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent closure of the Seattle Roastery. My family and I had reservations there, and we were never notified that the location was permanently closed. This was a key piece of our vacation, even flying into Seattle specifically to experience the Roastery. When we showed up, we were shocked to find the doors closed and no communication from Starbucks beforehand. This was not only embarrassing, but also incredibly upsetting given the time, money, and effort we put into planning this trip. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I feel let down by the lack of basic courtesy in notifying guests with reservations. A simple email or alert would have saved us from this situation. Instead, what should have been a highlight of our vacation turned into a huge disappointment. I hope Starbucks takes responsibility for this and ensures future customers are not treated this way. I would also like to know how you intend to make this right for those of us who were directly impacted.

Experience was closed and we were not notified. Don't waste your time it was even boarded up in disappointed that open table even allowed it to be an option to select

It was closed forever on the day we had reservations. No notice from open table and no refund from the required credit card to secure tickets for the experience.

Enjoyed the coffee experience- although rather noisy. Very enthusiastic and friendly staff. Maybe it was my lack of reading but had hoped to have a tour of the Roastery and how coffee is made as well. The Roastery shop etc was very expensive. Could buy Starbucks coffee beans for half the price elsewhere

Opentable Diner

This was not worth the cost of the ticket. We did a sampling and tour. They were giving out samples of the same coffee at the front entrance free. There was nothing exclusive about what we paid for. We even had to stand in line for a full cup of coffee at the end of the tour.

Coffee lovers , the experience is incredible! Book your reservation and bring friends when in Seattle .

Not worth the money paid for this experience. in the information I thought I was provided, I assumed coffee drinks were provided, but they were not. I asked if I could also pay for a drink and was told no as well so I left with no coffee drink. Thanks, Starbucks!

It's a great experience to learn about the PSL and make your own. However, my companion did have food allergies and it was difficult to find a pastry she could have. The app did not list items even when she did her own research and upon making the reservation, I was unable to list her allergy.

I had a really great time!! The barista was warm and friendly. The drinks she made for us were quite tasty. 10/10. Would recommend!

I would not recommend the PSL Experience. I purchased it thinking it would be much more indepth and an "experience". You pay $60 to have 2 mini drinks and a dessert. The "experience" is having the barista explain what they are doing as they make the drink.
