Enjoyed the coffee experience- although rather noisy. Very enthusiastic and friendly staff. Maybe it was my lack of reading but had hoped to have a tour of the Roastery and how coffee is made as well. The Roastery shop etc was very expensive. Could buy Starbucks coffee beans for half the price elsewhere
It's a great experience to learn about the PSL and make your own. However, my companion did have food allergies and it was difficult to find a pastry she could have. The app did not list items even when she did her own research and upon making the reservation, I was unable to list her allergy.
Every Roastery experience has been amazing. The selection of of food that you typically do not find at the Reserve or regular Starbucks stores is outstanding. Some of the best espresso martinis ever!
