The mushroom pasta was well decorated and tasted nice. The same goes for other food items. The dessert tiramisu was delicious. The service was excellent. it has nice views.

Food was average at best, service was extremely slow. Ambience was nice and great location.

I only get back to Seattle a few times a year. It was so nice to have dinner at one of my all time favorite places!

Can't really fault this place. Great staff. Lunch combo meals are reasonably priced. Wine menu, as one might expect, is fantastic. Great cocktails too.

A group of women friends and I really like dining at the Purple Cafe in downtown Seattle. The service is great, our food is good, the wine tower in the middle of the dining room is amazing and the vibe is very energetic. We did decide that we shouldn't come right at noon as the noise level in the dining room is extremely high with the high ceilings and hard floors. At 1:30 when we were about to leave, it was very pleasant! The tomato soup was especially great yesterday. And our waiter was very attentive which we appreciated.

Delicious food and great service. Our server, Hailee, was wonderful, friendly and professional. Thanks to the maitre'd for reserving a window table for our birthday celebration. Much appreciated! We love Purple!

I regret to report that we will probably not be returning. The service and attention were very nice, but the food was not up to par for a nice restaurant in our city. In particular the duck entree was poor: only cooked on one side, without the fat being rendered, and very tough to chew. The appetizers were tasty but small for the cost. There was a surcharge added at the end, which seems disingenuous -- if you need to increase the price then items on the menu should reflect that.

Very impressive ambiance. Love the wine tower. Good food, good service, excellent desserts. We will be back.

The Purple never fails to deliver an outstanding dining experience. The wine choice and pairings were good fun and the food was perfectly prepared. Their success is obvious as they were packed on a Monday evening.

It was an amazing dinner and great service. The food was delicious and the wine selection was above and beyond.

The food is always excellent here, with a variety that will suit all types of tastes and hunger level. And their wine pairings are part of who they are. Always happy to return here.

Was a solid experience, but this is one of those restaurants that has one of those stupid, hidden "5% fees that we don't disclose except in super tiny print. Just raise prices you cowards. I try to never visit such places. We won't be back until this is gone.

Lana was our server, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Her customer service was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Her kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations made our visit truly exceptional.

Selina is wonderful! I come back to enjoy her warm vibe and exceptional service and have for years!

Great pre-theater meal on all fronts. Cocktails, appetizer, entrees, wine duos, and a delightful sorbet all served in a timely, but not rushed, fashion. Excellent all around, and only a 1 1/2 block walk to the 5th Avenue Theater. Prawn Malfaldine was a revelation.
